EOB retrieval
Sai signs in to each payer portal your office uses, clears two-factor prompts and downloads every new claim statement.
Startup cohort · Southern California
Sai for Dentists is an AI agent that does the insurance paperwork on a computer in your office. It retrieves EOBs from your payer portals, posts the payments to your practice management software and reconciles them against your bank deposits. Offices in the first cohort use it free.
Sai signs in to each payer portal your office uses, clears two-factor prompts and downloads every new claim statement.
Each EOB is read line by line. Payments and write-offs are entered in your practice management software, and the patient portion is left on the ledger.
Every insurance deposit is matched to the EOBs that explain it. Anything that does not add up is flagged for your team.

Retrieval is a sped-up recording on a mock payer portal. Analysis and posting are illustrations with sample data.
Amalgamate Technologies was founded by Dr. Salem Sayegh, a general dentist whose own practice keeps two full-time employees on insurance administration. The first cohort is local so that setup and tuning happen alongside the teams who will use it.
Many offices that look for dental billing services want the posting and follow-up off their plate. These are two ways to get there, and they can run side by side.
