What this website collects.
This page covers the website at amalgamate.tech. It does not cover the Sai for Dentists product itself; see the last section for that.
The cohort application form
When you apply for the startup cohort, the form asks for your name, practice name and email, and optionally your phone number, practice management software, the payers you bill most and any notes. Your application is sent to us as an email. The website does not store it in a database.
We use what you send only to reply to you about the cohort. We do not sell it or share it for advertising. Please do not put patient information in the form.
Analytics and cookies
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes each request and may keep standard server logs such as IP address and browser type. We use Cloudflare's privacy-focused web analytics, which counts visits without advertising cookies. The site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Embedded video
Videos hosted on YouTube load only after you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Until then, nothing is requested from YouTube.

Sai for Dentists and practice data
Offices that join the cohort share insurance information and portal logins so Sai can be set up. That information is handled outside this website and is not covered by this page. If you have questions about how practice or patient information is protected, email us before you apply and we will answer them directly.
